Consultation requests
Online forms invite a follow-up conversation. No appointment, design deliverable, purchase, or in-person visit is confirmed until both parties agree to written details.
Client information
You agree to provide accurate room dimensions, photos, budget preferences, location, and project goals when needed for a meaningful consultation.
Decor recommendations
Recommendations are based on the information provided and may involve third-party products or trades. Product availability, colours, and prices can change.
Limitation of liability
Chloe Decor Studio Inc. is not responsible for indirect losses, installation issues, supplier delays, or purchases made without separate confirmation.
