This policy covers paid decor consultations confirmed with Chloe Decor Studio Inc. Online inquiries are free quote requests.
Cancellations
Confirmed sessions may be rescheduled according to the timing in your confirmation. Late cancellations may be charged if preparation time or a reserved appointment cannot be reallocated.
Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on whether consultation work has started or been delivered. Digital style notes, room plans, or completed consultation time are generally not refundable.
Limitations
We do not guarantee third-party product availability, contractor workmanship, or final resale results from staging guidance.
